I will moderate a panel discussion at the Parnassah Expo this Tuesday, March 17, on the topic, “The Life Cycle of a Business_ From Birth to Afterlife and Beyond — Maximizing Value at Every Step.” The Expo is an annual conference devoted to building valuable businesses opportunities for individuals and businesses in the Jewish community and beyond.
The discussion will feature a group of insightful thought-leaders, including Ira Perlmuter, head of Private Equity and Venture Capital at Triple Five Group; Edward E. Neiger, Managing Partner at ASK LLP; and Yosef R. Levine, Audit Director at Deloitte & Touche.
We will discuss how to invest in your business and ensure that you create maximum value, how to build a profitable business that can be passed on to the next generation, and how to thrive in economic downturns and other unexpected business situations. The discussion will be invaluable to business owners as well as attendees who invest in businesses, helping them hone their skills to spot businesses with the best potential.
If you plan to attend the Expo, I hope you’ll drop by this session. Feel free to email me at info@edslaw.net if you’d like to meet after the panel.
