I’ll have the pleasure of speaking at the Parnassah Expo on Wednesday, March 26 at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center.
I’m speaking about Avoiding the Business Owner’s Worst Nightmare. So what is a business owner’s worst nightmare? If you’re a business owner, you probably have many nightmares. But the one scenario that I encounter repeatedly is litigation. (Yes, of course — my line of work lends itself to that.)
Most of us will agree, no business owner wants to enter into litigation. It’s an extremely ineffective way to protect your assets.
There are simple ways that you can avoid the unfortunate situation of resolving conflict through litigation. I’ll be discussing these on Wednesday.
