David Smith, Esq., is the principal of Smith & Associates and serves as outside general counsel for both U.S. and international companies, family enterprises, and family offices. He expertly guides clients in wealth creation and growth, business entity positioning for opportunities, and risk mitigation, including asset preservation. With extensive experience in corporate transactions, capital raising, corporate governance, litigation, and intellectual property, David provides strategic guidance and addresses core legal issues. A graduate of UC Berkeley and Tulane University School of Law, he is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and various federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
